I think everyone who has played The Sims has locked their sim in an unfurnished room with no exit at one point.![]()
That was the old way of killing off your sims.Nowadays, when you play The Sims 2, just use a cheat code (boolprop is very powerful) and instantly get the "Tombstone of Life and Death" or the "Death Generator." You could age your sims or have them killed instantly by fire, hail, etc., then the Grim Reaper comes a knockin'.
Eff that. TS3 reverts to the roots of small boxes.

And that is good ... how exactly?
No matter who anyone was, boy or girl, someone will have played with dolls (their own or their sister's perhaps) at some point in your childhood. How you played with them of course also varied - do it properly by dressing them all nice, or being sadistic and watching them suffer for fun and/or profit. It all depended on your personality, of course.I don't understand a lot of these sims games because there doesn't seem to be any meaningful objectives. It seems to be an avenue for people to torment or cause harm to stuff, once they have anthropomorphized it.
That's what I like about the The Sims series, though. It's an open-ended game. No, my primary objective is not kill off all my sims, only the ones I don't like.Building houses, creating weird characters and personalities, watching them develop and grow old are some of the best things about the game.

I never had a doll house. Father Christmas always brought us puzzles and board games along with sweets and stationary.
Heh. Just the way I take my coffee. Our toys had objectives: eat it, solve it, win it, or write it down.![]()
