Sounds sensible.I tend to shop for and try on jackets, shirts and jeans in stores. Once I'm happy with a style, though, if the color selection is basic I'll reorder online. I even buy shoes online now.

You'd rather order clothes online and just hope that they fit?
I'm too obsessed with having the right fit, and measurements, however precise, aren't usually enough for that. I'm not just a matter of size, it's a matter of "how does it look on me?" I saw suits that were the right shape, the right size, the right colour, but they just didn't fit me. Style is more art than science. You'd rather order clothes online and just hope that they fit?
Yes. Absolutely yes!
I also am diligent about checking measurements online before buying because I know a lot of tops won't fit. I do buy clothes in person but rarely have the patience to try them on in the store. I pretty much only do if it's a formal dress.

I wish I had that option, too.I find myself wearing skirts and dresses almost exclusively now.

I have found that different companies have very different ideas of what sizes actually are. I have Mediums and XLs that are exactly the same size. You'd rather order clothes online and just hope that they fit?

Me too. Like I said, if one knows one's shirt size, why would there be any reason to believe that a shirt bought online won't fit?
