In -30C with a windchill of -45C? We are talking real Canadian winters, not some snow covered stroll though the Appalachians LmaoOne man's punishment is another man's paradise; I'd gladly take a stroll outside during winter.

Hot or cold...
But being forced to watch Sub Rosa for all eternity would be a HELL I wouldn't wish on anyone.
Rewatched it a few months ago and it was bad. Easily the second worst TNG episode after Shades of Grey, but not as bad as Night in Sickbay.
very. At least CoH tries to have a plot, as bad as it is, most of the issues stem from the directing. Are you unfamiliar with Code of Honor and Homeward? I envy you...
Homeward I don’t mind at all, it even ended up being the basis from insurrection.
Homeward might have been Ok if it hadn't assassinated Picard early on.
I've been defending Sub Rosa for decades, and I'm not gonna stop now.
I've always bought into David Gerrold's argument that the best thing, the distinctive thing, about Trek is that it can do or be anything. Literally, anything. Well, then, why not do a cheesy Gothic romance/horror story?
shine spectrally, definitely.definitely gives Gates McFadden a chance to shine.
Yeah, this. I honestly don't understand the hate that Sub Rosa gets. Granted, it's not my favorite episode by a long shot, but I think it's interesting and it definitely gives Gates McFadden a chance to shine. We're currently introducing our 13 year old son to Trek, and it was so funny to watch him get all worked up when Crusher held her phaser in the cemetery, he went "Shoot the candle! Shoot the damn candle already!" and when she did, he said "At last!"
Ahem Justice - ahemI'm glad I didn't watch Sub Rosa with my parents. A bit awkward at parts...

Granted, my son seems to be fairly young for 13, as far as I can tell as his mom, he's more bored than titillated by the hints of sex.
