I just hope they won't play the Vulcan harp, lute or whatever... And if they do then at least let it be electric!!
Seriously? Spock friggin' rocks. His lyre has dials, so it must be electric. Admittedly, Sybok might have a whole different style, or he could just be a rhythm lyrist.
I am wondering. Doesn't Nero's intervention, IE killing Kirk's father and all, give Control another chance to get the sphere data, in as much as it cancels out everything that follows that event?
Maybe the Giant Green space Hand swatted Control out of that timeline. where are these incredibly uberpowerful godlike star trek characters when you need em?
This describes nearly perfectly my brother and sister. Both lived in the same house for 18 years, the last nine of which, they spent barely acknowledging one another's presence. They didn't reconnect until after my sister finished school which was about 5 years later. They were simply unable to find common ground until both joined the same religious sect. Two people living under the same roof but not interacting in any meaningful way probably happens a lot more than you might think, Discofan.
That's a terrible price to pay just to talk to your sibling. You're sure there isn't a less drastic way, like each losing an arm and a leg?
They didn't join the religion in order to reconnect, they both happened to join and as a result ,reconnected. BTW, I hope this isn't all you got from my post because this definitely was not the main point I was trying to make.
To me, it would be like Jean Luc Picard and his brother joining the Borg collective so that they could talk to each other without it ending in a pugilat.
