^I don't know...30, from Uruguay, raised in NY, but somehow managing to convincingly portray a kid from California reading lines? Pretty impressive.

Seriously, he was a big flaw in an otherwise compelling episode imo. Just too "cute"...even before he became "de-borged" he simply wasn't menacing.

Don't want to hijack the thread but I have to say that of all the bad guys in ST the Borg are the ones who I really find believably scary and give me the creeps. The Klingons and the Romulans for instance are just pussycats by comparison.

I have just watched "Q Who" again. I did not realise it at the time but I was almost quoting word for word what Q said about the Borg. It must have been subliminal memory.
