How would a society with no money work?

Even assuming your figures are true (which they're really not), let's go down the list.
Sales tax?
free Govt cell phone and service
You need a phone to be able to get a job.
motorized bicycles
In most cities, you need transportation to get a job.
free healthcare off the taxpayers
So they should die?

Preventative care has been proven time and time again to be cheaper in the long run than emergency - and thus, less costs afforded to the general public, either in taxes or in hospital fees.

Btw, Quatloos and GPL are metal-based.
Not sure what your point is. Currency is currency whether it's physical, electronic, or imaginary. It's a socially-accepted means of trading a service or product for an intermediary anything, and you can then trade that intermediary anything for another service or product. Anything that relies on that method is currency. Anything that skips the intermediary anything step is effectively a barter system (which is slightly different from bartering, which you can still do with currency) in which you trade one service or product for another one.

Those are pretty much the only types of trade that we've come up with so far. And so far, no one's thought up of anything better, or even any real working alternative.

Some states don't have sales tax. That's why some Californians have moved to Oregon these last few decades.
Excellent; the sales tax is ridiculously regressive.

Nevertheless, it doesn't apply to the homeless in Sacramento. ;)

Well of course "aliens" have powers beyond ours. There's no such thing as aliens - the Bible didn't say God made other worlds, just the Earth for the white man to rule - so they're all obviously demons empowered by Lucifer.

It hurts my brain to try to think like that - but for some, it comes all too easy.

Be afraid, be very afraid!

the Bible didn't say God made other worlds
Genesis does say that God created the heavens, this is where other worlds are located. And the Bible says nothing about God making giraffes, but obviously He did.
