How often do you watch TNG these days?

I noticed a few years ago that TNG was still a top show in some countries on data mining lists, but for myself I don't really watch it that much anymore. is there anyone who still watches it as much as 5 years, 10 years ago? Or is it just an occasional pleasure?
For some reason I find it soothing to have it on while I'm doing a task that doesn't require all my mental focus, like cooking or assembling something.

I watch it nearly twice a week, and I love it. I just watched the first part of the 2-parter with Mark Twain, and it was awesome!

RAMA
I still watch TNG on Netflix, I find the 1st two seasons more intriguing to watch because the show was trying to find themselves and a lot of the additions I thought worked. I liked families on board the ship because if they were to travel further and further away from their planets, whoever it maybe, the Enterprise would be their home. People will be people and have relationships on board and there need to be a platform for this. The holodeck was and still is an interesting concept although I never thought there was a story which fully embraced the opportunities of this plot device. I never found the Dixon Hill stuff any good but there were avenues for improvement but never came to be.

I wish CBS didn't endorse the SFX team to perform shot for shot special effects for the 4K remasters because what ILM did was hard and limited for their time in 1987. I hoped for a different perspective of the shots maybe even have the Enterprise orbit the planetary poles, but besides that re-watching still gives me excitement.

Watched Best of Both Worlds and Family over last 24 hours. A wonderful trilogy of episodes that highlights the very best TNG had to offer.

I watched seasons 3-7 late last fall. I don't know why I didn't start with season 1, but I just didn't this time. It's comfort TV. I've already told my kids that when I'm old(er) and gray(er), they will need to make sure I have access to my Trek in the nursing home.

"Family" is part of that trilogy, not "Brothers." Don't tell me Netflix has them in production order and not airdate order.

We've been doing a re-watch on Prime the last few weeks. We watch through every few years.

My TV picks up an over the air broadcast channel that plays, TOS, TNG, DS9, VOY and ENT every night per week except Saturday's. I mostly watch TNG, DS9 and VOY. But I usually fall asleep and miss the last half of VOY. :sigh: And I have to let my dogs outside for their last trip 'out' for the night, so I miss the first few minutes most of the time too.:ack:

Recently I've been watching Trek on H&I. It's usually on in the background while I'm cooking or reading or on the internet, but it's still five hours per night of all the classic series.

Not that often lately, I'm slowly moving through it.

I watched it so much in high school and college it's just too familiar to me now.

My last full re-watch of my DVD sets was back in 2014. Since then, I've watched selected favorite episodes here and there when the mood strikes me.

Right now, I'm watching my (huge) DVD collection of TV series in the order they came out, and am currently on 1979 shows. I will do another full re-watch of TNG when I get to the 1987 section, but I don't know exactly when that will be. Possibly two or three years down the road.

I generally don't rewatch. I'll catch the occasional repeat on cable, but I've got all the Trek Blurays and DVD's and some are still in the shrinkwrap.

I last watched all of a TNG episode a couple of years ago.

For me, maybe, it's like a glass of wine.
Some each night does me good.
I think I just want to imagine that there is
Something out there for humanity, better, different?
I guess that
I'm still waiting for my doctor to have a little dealio that looks like a car cigarette lighter that basically fixes everything wrong with a person.

I've rewatched Yesterday's Enterprise about a couple of times in the last two months and that end battle maybe 5 or 6 times on it's own and played the soundtrack to the battle about 3 or 4 times.
I want to go back and rewatch/watch Season 1 at some point because I think there's something about that whole season that's fascinating.

I sometimes check to see which episode is on H&I in the evening. I usually go "Oh. That one." and put on the Science Channel or Nat Geo.

If one of my favourite episodes turns up on tv then I'll watch.

I've always planned to back and watch it all again in order...
