How often do you get laid?

It's funny to watch when we go to the doc. The guys are trying to be sly about checking out the literature--trying to look like their not looking, the women will just pick it up and start reading it without a second thought.

The amount has dropped a lot, on account of getting dumped and all, before that more or less daily.

With a 2.5 year old it's averaging a little over once a month, maybe every three weeks, sometimes up to every 5/6 weeks. There was a time period there, between the time we resumed sex 6 wks after birth for about a year and a half were it was very regular since he was a great napper. Every Sunday afternoon he'd crash hard and then we'd crash hard .

But now his napping is almost non-existent, and we're both pretty tired at the end of the day so even after he's asleep it doesn't happen often.


As for pregnant sex, oh my, you'd have thought we were trying to make a baseball team while he was still inside. And a few days before she was scheduled to be induced, she ordered me to perform twice a day for four or five days in a row to try and naturally induce her (didn't work, but... damn was that fun.

Despite my randy reputation on these boards over the years, I actually don't get laid every day...or even every OTHER day. Sometimes---frequently, in fact---the girl I've been dating is out of town with friends and family or to do things for her job and since we decided to have an exclusive, monogamous dating relationship while we're together I honor that and have sex only when she and I can get together. Sometimes it's regular. But when she's out of town I can go a week or even two without it.

The key thing is: get laid enough so you don't feel like you NEVER get any action. But don't get it every hour or two so the want and desire eventually leave you out of sheer repetition and boredom.

My significant other and I were really good at making fun of one another and our own sex life. I've yet to duplicate that with anyone else and I think the attitude is... off putting to other people. How often do I get laid? More or less any time I think alcohol is a good idea.
