TOS - Not as many times as the others!
    TNG - Dozens of times.
DS9 - Lots and lots, (I'm failing the number system here)
Voyager - Airing and repeats and DVD.
Enterprise - probably just when it was airing.
So it's probably a, I'm not sure! I don't always watch them chronologically.

    Right here buddy.
Since I was a kid (and a phase where Star Trek on Netflix was all I watched, around the beginning of the Reality TV explosion) I watch a lot of episodes. Counting reruns that skip some episodes to the finale and repeats with un-shown episodes, the marathons that aired, and the marathons friends and I hosted-

    TOS: 5-10
    TNG: At least 15-20
    DS9: At least 20
    VOY: At least 10
ENT: 2 and a half (half being dropping out around the beginning of season 3 the first time around)

I've seen TOS and TNG the most, having done marathon runs of both pretty frequently up until a couple years ago when I eased off a bit. After that, VOY I've watched through from start to finish only twice, DS9 I've only watched through completely the once (not a indication of any antipathy to the series, simply that I've never sat myself down to do it again!) although I've certainly watched individual episodes of DS9 more often than VOY; while ENT I've only ever seen odd episodes of. I've never actually watched ENT in it's entirety from start to end.
