How Intuitive are the Banner Ads?

For weeks now the banner ads have been trying to get me to hook up with Hot Asian (Voyager Forum, SHUT UP!) ladies, but now this morning the banner ads are suggesting I should spend my twilight nuzzling up with male gay millionaires.

THAT'S INSANE!

I don't care about money.

Apparently, there are always gorgeous Russian women looking for me. Whenever I see that, I start looking around but can't find any. The internet is lying to me. That's probably OK with my wife, though. I don't think she'd be happy if I found one.

Banner ads? You know, I am so automatically on"ignore" that I have to consciously focus on them to see them.

I am getting ads EVERY TIME for a Fertility Center in NJ (ok I do live in NJ but I am not infertile or looking to have a baby any time soon!).

Being a Christian of Jewish descent, who is also gay... I'd say the banner ads to "Meet Muslim women online" are NOT very intuitive!

All day I've been getting amazon ads for a pair of headphones I searched for (but did not buy). I think it's hit or miss. I'm not buying the headphones on there now because I'm annoyed by all the ads. I'll buy some at the mall...

Well, it's at least more relevant than trying to get me to hook up with hot local whatevers.

On another forum, we did a test where everybody kept posting in a thread about "fried rice" and using those words repeatedly, until all the banner ads starting being about Asian food, etc.
