I emphasize this so often because I want people to avoid this ISP like the plague. They're working on expanding, and they're hooking as many people as they can here in the U.S. Their internet service alone is $38, and with phone it's $58.

If you're talking about the reduced rate TW offers for their turbo service, J., I got the same deal when I first signed up with them last year and when the price was set to go up to its normal rate I didn't have too hard a time getting them to keep me at the same rate. I think they're more interested in keeping their subscribers than in making sure they're paying the full price.![]()
