Not to put too fine a point on it, this is tonight's stats on my connection:
I emphasize this so often because I want people to avoid this ISP like the plague. They're working on expanding, and they're hooking as many people as they can here in the U.S. Their internet service alone is $38, and with phone it's $58.
If anyone from Open Range tries to get you to accept a free 30 day trial, scream incoherently, kick dirt on their shoes and slam the door. You will be saving $58 a month for the privilege.

And keep in mind I'm paying the same price. TW told me "yeah, we can match that price" and sure enough, they did. They said it would stay this way for a year, and the tech told me that if I did a little bargaining at the end of the year, I could get the same rate, so I am happy with that!
If you're talking about the reduced rate TW offers for their turbo service, J., I got the same deal when I first signed up with them last year and when the price was set to go up to its normal rate I didn't have too hard a time getting them to keep me at the same rate. I think they're more interested in keeping their subscribers than in making sure they're paying the full price.
