I have zero problem admitting when I'm wrong. In fact, I find it to be quite a good disarming tactic in arguments and confrontations.

I do use the "I'm never wrong" line a lot. But... in the unlikely scenario that I am proven wrong, admitting it's not too hard.
Saying that, most situations where someone tells me I'm wrong tends to be one of those situations where there is no wrong answer - or I have a conflicting set of morals/beliefs.

Yeah but this is, for the most part, inconsequential bullshit. No offence to anyone.
It doesn't matter if you throw down on someone if they're an idiot or you think they are wrong. There are no consequences for not voicing what you believe to be true as arrogantly as you wish.

When you commit a wrong, can you commit to that wrongdoing? Can you admit to your wrong? It can be used that way and still be correct, as badly as I wanted to say something though.

No consequences beyond the knowledge that you made an ass out of yourself, if you were wrong.
That may not bother some people, but it bothers me.
Well, maybe not when I'm drunk. But I almost never drink and post.
