I liked this one. I agree that the last couple of episodes just haven't had the ol' magic in them, but I'm nowhere near to giving up on the show.
I think my favourite bit was House playing the piano at the end. Apparently the piece was written by Hugh Laurie himself; it's called "Cuddy's Serenade", and in the middle there's "You Can't Always Get What You Want".
