Excellent episode. I didn't care for the Forteen plot but everything else was outstanding. The scenes between House and the priest may have been the best scenes so far this season.

The Forteen plot, atleast, was nicely subdued and felt more "B-plot" than it has recently with POTW taking more center stage.

Good call, Trekker. :techman:

And KM ... I'm with you. What IS Taub's problem? :wtf:

Probably was molested by a priest himself or something. But damn, he was quick to judge. Especially since the kid apparently lied all along.

Pretty good episode.

I really liked this episode for a number of reasons, the best was the interplay between House and the priest. Very sharp and intense

Yeah, but I want my old omnipotent king of the snark mountain House back. House seems so sad and defeated this season. It's fun when Cuddy or Wilson get one over on him. Not so much Foreman and Thirteen.

I have a feeling that at the end of the season or so House will find out it was a scam, and that might end with one of them leaving for good. Who knows.

Interesting choice in cinematography styles this week. Very different from the normal way of shooting the show. Lots of handheld work, super close-ups, camera moves and slight zooms, emphasis on unsteady handheld camera motion, especially doing that one scene between Foreman and 13, and lots of off-angle stuff. They went for a very "raw" look and feel for this episode.

They hire BSG's cinematographer?

I noticed that in the elevator scene with Cuddy when they had the camera "bounce" as the elevator reached the floor.

I'm guessing they either decided to experiment with filming styles on this episode since it was another "House vs God"

or

They decided to use this style to try and make this version of "House vs God" feel new or whatever.

I haven't decided if I liked it or not yet. Very BSG style and I love BSG, it's my favorite show, maybe ever, but I don't know if it works for House.

Agreed on all counts!

I like Foreman and Thirteen...separately. :p I honestly don't buy their relationship. It just seemed to come out of nowhere!

And that's the problem I have with it. Separately I think they're fine. As a couple.... like you it just seemed to me as if it was "whoa! What happened there?"

I am no fan of boreman/13 and i know what he did was wrong but could not believe Cuddy would not give him a letter after all the crap she lets house pull.
As each week goes by i think less and less of Cuddy.
Also does this mean we will now be seeing less of 13?:D
