Your local station will either re-air it later tonight or you can catch it on your local cable provider's OnDemand service (or on line) within the next week.

I saw it, so here's my rundown with a few random points that may or may not be too spoilerish...

- It was an enjoyable episode. The case, the personal stuff with the patient and House's side story were all engaging.

- Billy Connolly is technically old enough to be Hugh Laurie's dad, but I still couldn't really buy the two as father and son. It's because Hugh Laurie looks a lot older than he is. I had the same problem with R. Lee Ermey.

- Park tripping balls was pretty funny and I liked the Roger Rabbit reference.

- I liked seeing Margo Harshman. She's a real looker.

- Does every episode have to involve someone puking up blood?

It was pre-empted by Fox network not the local affiliates.

Where, or how pray tell, were you able to do that?

Well the race ran well into the night, I'm pretty sure it went past 8:00 PT. But I know they had some delays and I suppose it's possible they cut away for an hour but that seems unlikely.

ETA: Ah, in Canada. That makes sense. Should have known. I'm very guilty of forgetting this is an international board we have here.

I knew we have people from all over, I just didn't realize the show aired in other countries on the same night as in the US.

They had a pretty cool 'splosion when a car hit a truck containing an on-board helicopter engine and a tank full of jet fuel, which is used to blow debris off the track from another, comparatively minor, collision. Fortunately nobody was hurt, but the announcers were commenting on how nothing like that has ever happened before. I believe it - it took them almost 20 minutes to put that fire out and they said the track surface may have been damaged from the excessive heat. Reminds me of when I was a kid and made snakes on the asphalt by holding a lighter to it. I bet that was one big snake that kept trying to grow!

I guess jet fuel is considerably more combustible than normal fuel, eh? :D

And I guess, too, since the episode was apparently aired elsewhere in the 'States that we're basically never going to see it until we rent the DVD's on Netflix or be lucky enough to catch it in a rerun on, what is it - the USA channel or somethin'? :(

I don't know that it did air anywhere in "the States," we know that it was shown in Canada however. The Facebook post said all new episodes start 3/19 but it doesn't say if they'll pick up where they left off.

House's website through the Fox network indicates it will be back on 3/12, but again no confirmation of WHAT episode. I can't imagine they'll just blow off an entire episode.

It didn't air elsewhere in the States. Networks don't air new episodes in some time zones only and ignore the East Coast. That would be idiotic. West Coast viewers don't get new NBC episodes after Sunday Night Football. ABC did not air a new episode of Once Upon a Time after the Oscars in the West Coast only. The race was preempted by the Fox network, not the local affiliate.
