Hi Guys...I'm new to this forum and a huge fan of Star Trek.

In which of his latest movie with William Shatner, the new Enterprise is on final construction on a Space Station orbiting around planet earth.

This is the wrong forum. You want to be in General Trek. But I'll answer your question before a Mod comes along to move it.

It's the very first Trek film, "Star Trek The Motion Picture"... of course, Enterprise is also under construction in JJ Abram's redux, "Star Trek" which came out last year.
