I agree that there was some tailoring done to the suit in that scene--and it kind of irritated me, especially since having the same suit that Hawkeye wore would have been more comical and in line with the tone of the series.
It becomes more obvious that it is actually a magical or unstable particle suit that adjusts to fit the wearer, whomever that may be.

If we're talking about the Ronan suit, it's definitely not tight or form fitting. If they're roughly the same height it should be roughly the same fit. Saying this having ordered numerous athletic gear from Amazon based on dubious sizing charts.
The outfit is basically a judo gi with a hood. When I was training back in the late 70s it was one size fits most.

The Marvel Studios Assembled episode for Hawkeye will be dropping on January 19th.
A pity they've stopped releasing them the week after the season finishes. I liked watching them while the show is still fresh on my mind.
