I get the idea of the hearing aid but it doesn’t make much sense in a world where they can make sentient robots and magic.
Hell, Hawkeye was healed with printed skin in AoU.
Sure but he's apparently out of the business and doesn't have access to top of the line tech and support anymore. I'm sure that if he called Pepper Potts ( i suppose she's still leading Stark Technologies) she would immediately put him on a plane to the best facilities in the world to repair his hearing and maybe fix some bones/joints.
But i guess he doesn't want anything to do with that side of his life, he's done his duty for king and country, paid heavily for it ( both emotionally and physically) and just wants to live a quiet life with his family. Enter Kate Bishop..
It's never a good idea to try and think about how things would actually work in a comic book universe. For example, in Marvel comics even low-level crooks have no problem getting their hands on teleportation technology, so why don't we see regular people using it to travel?

Who is the woman that Yelena fighting there about 18 secs in? Is it Sharon? Kate doesn't have that color hair and neither does Maya.

Not really, they seem to have become celebrities ever since the first couple Avengers movies, and even in the real world, fans tend to learn every detail of their favorite celebrities lives.

It is fixed, as much as a parent leading a normal family life needs. Hearing aids are not uncommon, including among folk with kids. A Stark Inc. bionic implant would not "fix" his hearing, it would still be a hearing aid. No doubt with super-hearing capabilities, encrypted radio uplink, and matching contact lenses that give him a HUD and analytics.
Meanwhile, the existing device he uses has provided numerous minor subplot scenes, including showing Kate and him interacting in a novel way, which I think is the point. High tech solutions mean there's nothing out of the ordinary and just give us less of a story.
Despite the trick arrows, I love how down to earth the series has been.
Not to mention, it muffles the obvious thematic parallel between Clint and Maya.
When they save a big city like New York from alien invasion, I would hope so. That's something you just not notice (even though I think early on in the MCU there were instances where people tried).
