Yes. Other than the fact that Picard is now a toaster and there should a certain amount of him discovering things about himself, all other mentions of things android should be left in the first season.

I doubt we will see much action in this show. I'm more interested in Seven Of Nine being in the show than SynthJlP. Hopefully they do some good stuff with her and maybe even have her go off on her own show.

I've had my fill of cliched, over-used scifi tentacles and AI taking over the galaxy to last a while. Literally two back to back Trek seasons from different shows covering the latter has made sure of that.

I want to see more stuff with the Androids. The less klingons the better.I want to see more stuff about the Romulans and Commodore Oh maybe causing more trouble in season 2.

Nope. More synths would be interesting in my opinion. Picard exploring some of the transhuman elements would be interesting too. Soji learning more about being human or developing a sensitivity towards organics.

Plenty of good themes to explore.

- More Klingons in general

Holograms are more interesting to me to be honest. Androids are cool but why are they so focused on making a physical body for Picard when he could be a beam of light and have so many more options available to him. It's like a step backwards from a hologram with a mobile emitter

Picard might be interested in experiencing a new way of living. If you're a hologram you're pretty much invulnerable unless the computer is damaged. There's no reason Picard or Data needed a body anymore. You can edit your appearance and anything you want.

I may be less familiar with Picard than other characters but based upon his reputation I would say that is antithetical to Picard as a person.

Data is to TNG what Spock is to TOS. Anything based on TOS will have loads of Spock-related stuff, and anything based on TNG will have Data-related stuff.

I don’t know if we need to see the extra galactic AIs again, but fallout regarding synths from S1 makes sense to follow up on. Especially considering what Picard and Soji are.

Picard can be Soji's twin now, since Dahj is no more.
