Have you ever seen someone naked by accident?

I dunno by accident but I come from a culture where we go to the sauna naked with friends or coworkers or neighbors of both sexes. So I've actually seen most of my former coworkers and my boss naked.

We don't consider it anything special though.

I was visting a friend on Sunday, I had to go over and help his wife with a project. It was about 2pm and I was actually running about an hour late. He told me she was upstairs in their bedroom, that is where their computer is located and told me to go right up. When I turned into their bedroom, she was completely naked.
