Have you ever been on television?

Yes.

it was a French game show called Burger Quiz.

Thanks! Being in the states i'd never heard of it. Did a quick google search and found a couple of videos on Youtube. I'll be honest, i didn't get very far since i didn't understand a single word that was being said. But i'll be it was fun! :)

I was on a local community channel 18-odd years ago being interviewed about a fair I was coordinating. The main word I used was "um". About 12 years ago there was a side-shot of me walking by someone being interviewed on the high street for the local news. I was pushing my oldest child in her pushchair and was hugely pregnant with my second child, so I was kinda hard to miss.

Oddly enough, no I haven't. Or... wait! I could be briefly seen in a broadcast during my senior year of high school. The channel 3 people were out at my high school shooting portions of Good Morning Arizona. My choir performed songs from Footloose in the background while they reported the weather.

There was another time when I nearly appeared on TV. I directed a short film called Todd's Women, which was aired on a local TV show called Screen Wars. I wasn't in the film but they did interviews with the director after each film. I let my co-director do the interview instead. I was trying to be gentlemanly, but in retrospect, I think I overdid it. While my co-director was invaluable in the production of the film, I don't think she felt the kind of ownership over it that I did. She told me that she felt like she was at a loss for what to say.

I was on a local NBC affiliate's news report on my town's post office being flooded. The reporter kept badgering me to give him a juicy quote where I criticized the post office (I was there to mail some packages and they were closed).

Squiggy has the same name as a friend of mine. The things you learn... :p

I've been on TV a few times. Once when our school's Christmas play was chosen to be featured in some family show (they spent the whole day filming for a five-minute segment, but at least I was in it ). And a few years ago I could be seen as one of many people in a Catholic procession (which are pretty rare round here, hence the tv attention).

I could've been a national talk show too, but really didn't feel like it at the time. I still think that was a good decision.

A few times. But nothing good. The odd accidental extra here and there, interviewed for the news...

The only good was was still awful. I was cast for fight scenes as they needed someone trained to fight. And fat. I spent a week shooting fight scenes, then bundled up into two other costumes. The only good shots involve me wearing a mask.

I was offered a recurring role if the show was picked up but it was cancelled in pre production. The only good thing was meeting Euros Lyn and having Jaimie Winston's buttocks on show.
