They're just airing reruns of ones they've already remastered until sometime in September. A small break so Okuda and his people can work on the next batch of episodes.

you misunderstood. Of course they will air from September to July. I was talking about the production team being finished in early 2008. They have already completed quite a few of the 40 unaired TOSR episodesChristopher said:

As stated above, they still have 40 episodes to get through, which would take about nine and a half months even if they ran them straight through with no reruns -- which they probably won't. The second "season," like the first, will probably run from mid-September to mid-July.
