I think this show has a chance.
It did get 11 million viewers for the premiere. That's not great, but on NBC? Not bad at all.
That actually is great. 11 million viewers for a 10PM show is actually really good, more so on NBC. The problem is the demo. One episode really doesn't matter, we will need to see a few more to see what it levels off at. I still believe it's a very strong start for the show, and the ratings increased after everyone woke up from The Cape.

If Parenthood could get a second season, and still be on the air with several episodes under 5 million viewers there is great hope that Harry's Law will be fine.
Once again... it's on NBC, they have almost no standards.

The only thing that might get in the way is Comcast because DEK is as liberal as they come and might not like what he has to say. ABC was kind of the same way with Boston Legal.
