I also like the bridge, although I'll admit the Shenzhou could have benefited from turning up the lights a little bit. But definitely no complaints about the Discovery bridge from me.

Yeah, I'd love to see more detail and / or have more lingering shots of the bridge. It looks fantastic. Probably my 2nd favorite right now after the TWOK bridge.
I said the bridge haters are a vocal minority. If Rahul expects to find the silent majority represented in an online forum, I'm not sure he understands the concept. However, you can certainly find some evidence of it here. For example, this old chestnut, Is STD a Reboot, the main complaint being the visuals. The typical response is that production values have improved but it still fits. The majority poll result is negative. In 378 posts, exactly one person mentions the color palette, once.
More recently we have a thread devoted to this topic. Someone mentioned they should introduce a new color palette with "less blues, more reds, and start primary-coloring the hell out of the machinery" which got 2 likes. Another replied "that all sounds, frankly, awful" and got 4 likes.
Of course, none of this is definitive proof of anything, but I think it's at least more compelling than assuming the majority hates something just because you haven't noticed posts extolling it.
Incidentally, it's funny how we have a thread devoted to TOS aesthetics there and one devoted to TOS continuity here, except the current discussions in them are opposite.
In any case, we've been told that the computer displays will change colors:
[Lead Motion Graphic Designer Timothy Peel] then said something almost as an aside that seemed pretty significant. While showing off one of the interfaces from the U.S.S. Shenzhou he commented on the color scheme:
"This is slightly blue-y. They are sort of restricting all the color schemes and they will slowly advance and become more colorful as we get closer to The Original Series, and for other reasons I can’t repeat."

I wish they'd do one of those 360°, walk around things of the bridge you can view with your mouse.

My only issue with the bridge is all the doors behind the captain. It's not visually interesting. They should swap the bays behind the chair around, so the one full of blinkies is directly behind. The very similar thing right behind the chair looked really cool on the USS Vengeance.
