I'll wear (if it's cool enough) a Renaissance gown that I made, when I hand out candy.

But what I wanted to show you guys is this year's pumpkin that I carved earlier this evening. They brought out a battery-operated carver which really saves strain (and pain!) on my upper shoulders and neck.

Oooh, Small White Car, the kids as Peter, Tink, and Hook are so cute! I love it! And firecrackerrr, your zombie Janeway is super scary!

I'm a little uncomfortable with posting my pics on public forums, but I don't have many people in my life who can appreciate a Star Trek costume. I'd like to wear this dress at DragonCon, maybe, but I want to fix the wristbands to make the rank clear. Also, the collar on this dress seems unnecessarily wide, but I'm satisfied with it overall.

To be fair, Small White Car, my younger cousin said she liked it and would wear it just to go out if not for the insignia. Haven't managed to convert her to Trekdom yet.

Thank you, Jetfire! I found the dress on clearance and couldn't pass it up. I originally wanted red, but gold was the only color on sale. Not as many girls want the gold dress, maybe?
