Here's an old, but fun question-
Who would win in a head butting contest between a Minbari and a Klingon?

Klingon, the Minbari ridge is at the back.
The tea is fatal to humans but I'm sure Dr Crusher shared the tea ceremony with Worf, admittedly after taking an antidote

That reminds of an episode of Voyager I watched, the one in Season 1 with the Micro wormhole, where Janeway, Tuvok, Chakotay, Kim, B'elanna and an Extra were in the Transporter room attempting to beam over the Romulan Captain. Once they did, Janeway did the introductions for all but the lone female extra behind the panel. Got to admit I did feel sorry for the crewman as here she was, involved in something like this and she doesn't even get a mention. Neglect by the writers or by Janeway?

Why isn't there a cure for baldness in the 24th C?
Why was Julian blamed for being genetically engineered when it was his parents' idea and he was only six?!?

When the Dominion told the Feds to stay the hell out of their territory in GQ and blew up a colony and a starship to drive home the point, why didn't the Feddies just, you know, stay out? Is there some dire shortage of outer space I don't know about?
For that matter, what's with all these battles in space? Who cares about space! The only thing to fight over is actual planets/moons capable of supporting life, and maybe the shipping routes between them. Why don't all battles take place in or near star systems and particularly on planets, while everyone ignores most of the galaxy, which is empty space?
Okay fine. Warp 10 turns you into a salamander. Why didn't the Voyager crew just set the controls to go Warp 10, become salamanders, and then have EMH reverse the process when they got back to the AQ?

Patrick Stewart actually asked Roddenberry why there was no baldness cure in the 24th century. Roddenberry said because in the 24th century no one would care if you were bald.
Because the little git concealed it for decades, despite being well aware of the law against those so enhanced entering Starfleet. If Siddig hadn't been a main cast member, Bashir would have been cashiered from the service ... and rightly so.

The problem here is that stories about the holodeck working correctly or not being abused aren't very dramatic. To draw a comparison, airline travel is very safe, but the stories that make it into the news are about airline crashes, not succesful flights.
Nope. Star Trek has never approached the human-centric arrogance found in Babylon 5 (humans form communities...wow what a concept) or Stargate (humans will go from nothing to becoming the Fifth race in just a few years...please). Sometimes it does espouse these ideas, but it has more often been about eliminating fear and prejudice than the uniqueness of humanity.

I always assumed that meant divert as much power to that system as it can handle, and it doesn't actually mean diverting all the ship's power to that system.
Why is it...when ever someone uses the sub space videophone, the recipient is always sitting in front of the camera at the other end straight away!? Dont these sad people have lives or places to go? Are they never at the bottom of the garden when the Subspace phone rings, or on the can? doesn't Missus recipient ever answer the damn thing and say " Sorry..He's not here right now...he's outside hitting cardasian voles with a shovel...call back in ten minutes"?
