Great Titles for Trek XII..?

Star Trek: Maiden Voyage and To Boldly Go are ones I'd thought of previously...although I'm not sure about that second one. Strange New Worlds or New Civilizations are good too. I like the idea of the movie being named after one of Star Trek's signature phrases without Star Trek in the title (like "The Dark Knight" and Batman).

Unfortunately "The Final Frontier" was already used for a previous movie (pity it couldn't have been used for a better one) and the next best one ("Where No One Has Gone Before") has already been an episode title (although that didn't stop "First Contact"). "To Boldly Go" is a nice phrase, but seems a little cheesy for a movie title.

Also, I agree with the person who suggested Jeffrey Combs, but not for Khan. I'd just like to see him in a Star Trek movie (in a major role). It would almost make up for his being robbed of a spot as a regular on a Star Trek show due to Enterprise's cancellation. After all his years of outstanding guest work on TV Star Trek, he's definitely proved his worthiness of a big spot in a Star Trek feature.

OR join up with Pixar and call it "Star Trek XII: Finding Nero"
Shouldn’t be tough to find. According to the physics of this movie, falling into a black hole means you emerge in the past, so Nero is probably somewhere battling NX-01. Then when Archer and company flush him down another black hole, he can take on Zefram Cochrane, Khan, Gary Seven, Edith Keeler, Mark Twain...

Continuing the trend of suggesting names that refer to Star Trek without actually having those words in the title...how about "The Starship Enterprise"? :vulcan:

Star Trek: The Enterprise Factor

I still like Star Trek: Genesis. Khan is a ridiculous idea, but the Genesis project can crop up.

'THE STARSHIP ENTERPRISE'

The more I think of it, the better it gets..! I really like it..!!! :techman:

Maybe they can simply shorten the title once more. Just "Trek," which would force the film to be about some sort of journey this time.

:guffaw: I love this one :)

Star Trek: The Quarry.

Q does something devious, dangerous and devilish and has to be hunted down. Oh come on ~ we need more Q and then it could be a TNG film :D
