To Boldly Go

For a sequel, I'd rather not have a revisit of Khan or any other business from TOS or it's movies. I want something original now that the universe is reset/rebooted/recharged/re-whatever.

For me, I'd want it set deep in space, where the Enterprise is truly on its own without Starfleet Command to fall back on. No Earth in grave peril. Just the characters dealing with a situation on their own, doing what they do best in the face of new, strange lifeforms and civilizations.

Please, not "The Rise of Khan." I think we've had enough "Rise of..." movies in the last few years.

That's true, but some titles just work so well... Rvenge Of The...' or 'Return Of The...' They sound so well, despite being overused perhaps.
