I haven't found any yet, but it any rooftop I can get to doesn't work for sniping/pick off pedestrians because the cops can get up to you too and take you out, then it goes from a rampage against peds to a shoot-out with the cops!

Dammit! I want to stand on a rooftop for (game) hours and kill inocent people!

Have you tried jumping down from a higher building onto a lower building with no fire escape or roof access?

As I can't get the game just now as I can't really afford to go out and buy an Xbox or PS3 and GTA itself for a good while I just have a question to ask and that is, is there any regonizable landmarks from Liberty City of GTA3 and LCS or has the map been totally redone and renamed? From what I can see in the Google map that has been linked I can see the only named landmark they kept was Francis International, other than that I can make out some of the coast line and the park that was in Staunton Island but here it looks like all the area names and bridge names are different.

The Liberty City represented in GTAIV is a much closer representation of New York and bears no resemblance to the one presented in the GTAIII games.

Rockstar consider GTAIII and its follow ups (Vice City, San Andreas, LCS, VCS) to be in a different "universe" to GTAIV and its potential follow ups.

There are some carry overs but these are mainly in terms of product names (like Sprunk, Logger Beer, Aeris etc), some of the names of cars and of course the reappearance of Lazlow on the radio.

Oh, and Vinewood, Los Santos, Las Venturas, Carcer City (from Manhunt) etc get a mention on the radio.

"Dude, I'm jucing with shark steroids."

Well, I'm on the new island and having a blast! :)

Missions... Uhhh. Yeah. ;)

Has anyone ever tried to run over a pedestrian, only to find its like hitting a brick wall, and the ped just never even notices and carries on walking?

I'm only 7% in, but I liked it when Michelle said: "Hey I like your clothes. I liked them when you wore them on our last date, too..."

Love it!!!

I'm loving the game so far. Although I do kinda miss the user tracks since this game's soundtrack really isn't that great. Although, playing my ipod through my 360 is an acceptable substitute.

I'm 71 missions into what I understand is a total of 95... I think the game is entering into "too long" territory. The story is interesting, but honestly, the missions sort of get tiring after a while. Either you chase someone, someone chases you, or you have to shoot people. If it weren't for the story, this would be as monotonous as Assassin's creed.

I'm sure it will all work together in the end, but I'm just thinking that some of the characters just aren't necessary... like some of the McReary brothers and maybe Niko's old war buddy friend. But, oh well.

Gotta finish it before next week, when I have no time real games at all.
I'm also anxious to see if I can get the "under 30 hours" achievement. I'm at 18 now.

Going to a bar with one of Nico's friends is freakin' hilarious...
Especially trying to get a cab...
Hey Yellow Car!
