"Gowron, the head of the Klingon Empire."

because the sentence/speech "Gowron, the head of the Kllingon Empire, is a changeling." Too wordy technically which isn't the actor's fault or whatever.

the script writer should have made the sentence shorter or something.

What an odd hill to die on.

It's a couple words. Why does it matter?

That thing about Gowron is a changeling didn't bother me that much since it was all cleared up in the episode Apocalypse Rising.

What was worse was that they killed off Gowron in the episode Tacking Into The Wind.

I mean, here we have an excellent character and great leader of the Klingon Empire played by a great actor who could have been used in future movies and books and they just waste him like that.

No offense to Martok but he was better as a General and warrior. Gowron was more of a leader.

Fortunately this error is correctable!

The "Gowron" who Worf killed wasn't the real Gowron but an impostor, a genetically altered cardassian who was sent to the Klingon Empire to pretend do be Gowron and cause thesion between the Klingon Empire and the Federation. His actions were evidence for that.

The real Gowron had been taken prisoner by the Cardassians while inspecting Klingon forces inside Cardassian space. At the end of the war when the Dominion turned against the Cardassians and startedf to destroy their planets, Gowron and some othe prisoneds escaped and finally managed to get back to Klingon territory where Gowron was re-installed as Klingon Chancellor.

As such, he continues to rule and bring glory to the Klingon Empire.

All hail Gowron!
The Chancellor of The Klingon Empire

the actor could have made it shorter and easier by saying this

"Gowron is a...."

"Gowron is a changeling!"
"Gowron who?"
"Gowron, the head of the Klingon empire! Who else could I be talking about?"
"Well, there's Gowron the janitor in that night club on Fornax 7, there's Gowron the accountant of G'morgh and Sons Ltd, there's Gowron the 22nd century poet, then you have Gowron the ..."
"Alright, alright, just stop it already!"

I'm not even familiar with this storyline, but that kind of conversation would've been hilarious to see.

I believe the term is dramatic weight.
