I'm only episode 2, but it's been great so far. I always think of John Hamm as a very serious actor after seeing in Mad Men, but he has been absolutely hilarious as Gabriel/ "Jim". His method for organizing the books in the book shop is definitely unique.

Random musing: Watching "Only Murders" this season, I noticed that Paul Rudd's performance in that reminded me of Hamm's in Good Omens and then I remembered they have been friends since college. I wonder if they haven't at least subconsciously influenced each other's acting styles.

Honestly, the ending seemed a little cliched. Not everything has to turn into Sam and Diane.

Season One was all about averting Armageddon, dangerous prophecies, and the End of the World. Season Two was sweet and gentle, although it may have ended less joyfully than a certain Angel and Demon might have hoped. Now in Season Three, we will deal once more with the end of the world. The plans for Armageddon are going wrong. Only Crowley and Aziraphale working together can hope to put it right. And they aren’t talking.”​
