Anybody have a good remedy for removing scratches on glass? I just noticed two large ones on a vehicle window. Have tried a lot of stuff from an automotive store with little luck. Hope there is a secret trick that I just don't know about.

No secrets, but google tells me that this stuff might work, in conjunction with a proper electric buffer. The source I found suggested it might take up to an hour of buffing if the scratches are deep.

Get me a picture of the scratches with something next to 'em for scale. Once I know how deep I can tell you how to proceed.
Also keep in mind some automotive glass has a protective plastic film, buffing may damage that.

Not counting the deductible...
Not if you paid attention when selecting insurance carriers. Most policies I've seen or heard about in the recent past have no deductible on glass.
Arik Soong, if the chips are in your auto glass, call your insurance carrier. They may repair the glass for free.
