"Modern Trek"? I thought XI was about to become modern Trek; Everything else at this point would be "vintage Trek", though that kinda makes me think of TOS. Which is probably "golden age Trek". Your probably refering to the TNG, DS9, VOY era, known as the "silver age of Trek". In which case my answer would be that came to an end with the introduction of ENT, the "dark age of Trek".

I agree. TNG through to Enterprise is Modern Trek and the new Star Trek Movie is something else.

I think that is a little mean. I liked Voyager and from what I have read Deep Space Nine is well liked. I am going to start watching DS9 this week. So I will let you know what I think
