Picard: Sometmes it takes courage to try Data, and courgae can be an emotion too. Now ca you project the course of the ribbon?

Picard: Enhance Grid 9-A. Where was the Amargosa Star? Now you said when the Amargosa star was destroyed, it effected the gravitational forces in this sector, did the computer take that into account when it calculated the course of the ribbon?

Picard: That's what he's doing, he's changing the course of the ribbon! But why, why would he want to change its path? Why doesn't he just fly into it with a ship?

Data: I was hoping you were not going to ask me that sir, as it presents a major plot hole in the narrative.

PICARD: He can't get to the ribbon, so he's trying to make the ribbon come to him. Data, does it pass near any M-Class planets?

Picard: It gets close to Veridian 3, but not close enough. Data, what would happen to the ribbons course of Soran destroyed the Veridian star itself? (Image changes) That's where he's going.

DATA: It should be noted, sir, that the collapse of the Veridian star would produce a shock wave similar to the one we observed at Amargosa.

(Loved the new film!!! But I think it will be way difficult to line-by-line. LOTS of talking over one another.)

Picard: Destroying all the planets in the system.

(Glad to hear the new movie is good, I don't get to see it for a few days but I'm really looking forward to it)
