Eh, if you've got an infodump that needs delivering, you could do worse than give it to an award-winning actress who already happens to have a recurring role in the series....

Not how I'd describe the franchise's umpteenth failed attempt at a TWOK knock-off.
Call them and ask!I've heard tell that Worf's statue of Kahless and Morath was once produced by Orlandi Statuary in Chicago, for a limited time. But I've not been able to verify ... to confirm ...
See, now don't you feel silly!https://trekmovie.com/2018/08/04/br...patrick-stewart-as-jean-luc-picard-announced/
I am deeply disappointed and kind of mad at Sir Patrick Stewart, to be honest with you. It was my sincerest hope that TNG would not be cheapened by a "TNG: Continues" series, but behind closed doors there have been a lot of hearty handshakes and signing of documents. I hoped against hope that it would not come to this and you know -- you KNOW there's been rumours going around for YEARS about a Worf series one minute, a Titan series another ... none of which ever came to fruition. And I was glad. But a follow-on series is finally here. No good can come from this ill-advised endeavour. Just can't leave a good thing alone, is what it comes down to ...

OK ... I just read this and it looks like things are not looking as black as originally written above:
The new series will not be a reboot of The Next Generation but instead is being described as an exploration of the next chapter of Picard's life. Additional details about the new series, including its title, episode count or a premiere date, are being kept under wraps.
So there were Klingons in the 1950's here on Earth?!Regarding fake pink Klingon blood - I watched the lone color Perry Mason episode "The Case of the Twice-Told Twist". One of the characters gets shot in the arm, and the blood looked noticeably pink.
DS9 and VOY need to be made HD. It looks silly that these are the only two Star Trek series still in SD. And it's going to look sillier still as even more series come out.
I'm sure that bean-counters have checked the benefits of doing this compared to the cost and deemed it not worth it.
Do beans still exist in the 24th century?
Well, money does, so sure, why not.
Do beans still exist in the 24th century?
SPOCK: Bi-podal seeds, Doctor?
McCOY: Beans, Spock, but no ordinary beans. These are from an old Southern recipe handed down to me by my father. And if you stick your Vulcan nose up at these, you're not only insulting me, but generations of McCoys.
SPOCK: In that case, I have little choice but to sample your beans. ...Hm! Surprisingly good. It does have a flavouring I am not familiar with.
McCOY: Ah! That's the secret ingredient.
KIRK: Got any more of that secret ingredient, Bones?
McCOY: Be my guest, Captain.
KIRK: Thank you.
SPOCK: Am I to understand that your secret ingredient is ...alcohol?
McCOY: Whiskey. Tennessee whiskey, Spock! . Care for a little snort?
KIRK: Bourbon and beans. An explosive combination. Do you think Spock can handle it?
