Odd question but I assume that because Vulcans are humanoid they would have their menstrual cycle. But would they act like humans, remain logical and awsome, or would they act like they do during Pon farr?
Interesting question, my wife is usually a Vulcan but 3 days out of the month she's a Klingon. I'm usually a Klingon accept those 3 days a month where one of us needs to be rational but the best I can do is Human.Odd question but I assume that because Vulcans are humanoid they would have their menstrual cycle. Does anyone know where to purchase admiral's braid?
I do agree that her decisions are at times, odd. One thing I've noticed though, at least with Picard and Janeway, is that they must do the "right" thing no matter what the consequences. If I were Janeway stuck in the Delta Quadrant, I would have found a race with cloaking technology and traded them just about anything for it. That alone would make the trip back home one hell of a lot easier. Alhough, not so interesting for a TV showOk so SPOILER
Voyager season 7 Episode "Flesh and Blood" Voyager responds to a Hirojan distress call. Voyager shows up to a large holographic facility used by the Hirojan to practice hunting. The crew of Voyager find 43 dead Hirojan and holographs that have run away.
My reaction as a Captain....oh look 43 dead savages that hunt, torture and eat sentient life forms to bad. We destroy said facility and go on our way. Of course Janeway wants a big hug session, maybe a camp fire sing along followed by s'mores.
Almost done with Voyager and Janeway still makes me ill at times.
I'm watching Voyager now from start to finish. Almost done. Just a few more episodes to go. Why is it that more aliens than I can count can always easily circumvent Voyager's security codes and cause mayhem? Don't they have any security measures in place? Tuvok has some explaining to do.
I just watched the episode Friendship One and while the away team is mucking about on the surface, an alien gets aboard the Delta Flyer. I guess something as simple as locked doors on a shuttle isn't a common thing. That door should have shut and locked automatically. No alien should just be able to waltz onto the Delta Flyer
Did you try at the official Star Trek store? If that don't work you may want to try an acutal Army/Navy store and ask how to get the Admiral braid. You could also try going to COS PLAY website. Good Luck, hope you find it. I have been searching for an "Enterprise NX-01" uniform with the same color band as Lt. Reed's, along with the arm patch and designated "pips"(pins). Have not seen it on Star Trek sites - bummer!***thank you for the feedback. I was actually referring to a place to purchase admiral's sleeve braid from the TOS. I have commodore's braid but can not seem to find a place for admiral's braid. Any thought?
Hello again. I just looked up Navy uniforms on internet. Found a site called "Vanguard Industries West" and they sell not only uniforms but all types of accessories (like maybe the braid you need?). Let me know if you have luck with them!***thank you for the feedback. I was actually referring to a place to purchase admiral's sleeve braid from the TOS. You noticed that to! I went on a rant earlier about security or lack there of. Like I said, security on Voyager is aiming for a Paul Blart mall cop level of performance apparently. Your finishing Voyager just about the same time I am. It's been interesting. I have 2 episodes left.
The "security" on a Federation ship is a joke, even with Tuvak running a good crew Star Fleets idea of security is lacking greatly. My frustration with the lack of fighting ability and spirit comes from my personal history.
*snip*
Well, at least Malcolm had more guts! He had the guts to turn against his "other" boss in Section 31!!Watch Tasha Yar's actions in Heart of Glory. She's useless. All she does is follow the escaped Klingons around and constantly report what's going on to the bridge. She never actually DOES anything to resolve the situation.
