So Adira may be something different than Starfleet.
I was thinking the same about adira, given in one of the trailers we see a 32nd century starfleet officer talking to Reno, stamets and tilly in a completely different uniform. Maybe starfleet has broken into factions hence the different uniforms or perhaps the unidentified officer is a captain or flag officer and they have different uniforms to science and operations officers.

Admittedly this is a huge first world problem... Guhhh... I thought this problem had resolved itself. I have CBSAA through Amazon Prime Channels. All through Picard and Lower Decks, the episodes had been showing up with the CBSAA main feed. Now, Episode 2 is still not up. This happened a lot during Disco season two. (I had the main feed for season one.) This is really frustrating. So much so, I'm debating just going with the CBSAA main feed. Thankfully, my subscription renews on 11/1, so its an easy fix in a few days.
One question: Does CBSAA allow you to download the episodes? That would be a huge step from what I have now. Edited: Nevermind... yes you can! One just needs to use the Google!

Campe, just be patient. The Prime channel will have the episode up before the end of the day.
I'll feel so bad for the crew when Discovery's computers begin to automatically update in the middle of whatever's going on.

I really hope their computer doesn't try to automatically sync up with the first data beacon they get in range of... it might glitch itself to death simply from trying to calculate the stardate.

@SJGardner what is that font you are using?
I usually just google Zalgo generator or Zalgoify and use the first result that looks alright. There are lots, but it was this specific one. I took out the "middle" option and replaced it with "going up" to make it a bit more legible though.
After watching the preview of next weeks episode “People of Earth” and learning more about the burn and seeing those new ship designs I really want them to recommission that Star Trek Federation series that was set around the year 3000 with a new enterprise (this would’ve also been the first enterprise built in 300 years so that would’ve been interesting) but instead of them being commissioned to going after an alien race called the scourge, I would want them to be commissioned by Starfleet to go search for more dilithium while the Federation are

I was very surprised to see them show a Montage with ships in the preview. A few close-up looks don't show much detail but the shapes are pretty wild.

Hey just wondering if anyone else thought about this at all. The planet Michael lands on in the first episode had red trees around the place and I wondered if it was the same planet from Into Darkness only older.
