I'm wondering how they'd manage it as well, considering that Georgiou would have just as much reason to feel at home in the 32nd century as in the 23rd one: none. Neither is her actual home. The only reason I could imagine for her returning to the past intentionally is if the 32nd century is such a dystopian and dangerous one that she'd decide to pick the safer option, but in that case you'll have to start wondering why the rest of the crew would decide to stay in such a bleak place. Especially if they could avert a bad future by going back to the past with all the historical knowledge leading up to the 32nd century.
I can even imagine the Section 31 series starting that way... the Enterprise is alerted about another red burst, and upon arrival, they find the RA suit with a faint life sign, floating in space. They beam it into sickbay; Pike and Spock look at each other and race down there without saying a word to each other, clearly worried about what can only be Burnham, then they watch as the suit opens... revealing Georgiou inside.
I'm not sure if there will be a Pike series at this point. But if we do get one, I doubt it would start concurrently with the S31 one, so Pike & Co having a guest appearance in the pilot or later from time to time is within the realm of possibility. And, well, CBS already has a franchise with multiple series whose main casts had guest appearances on each others' shows. If they could do it with CSI, it's definitely possible with Star Trek. They even did a three-parter episode once centering on Laurence Fishburne's character, with each part being an episode of a different CSI series.
I think it's not that much of a problem and could be solved by a few throwaway lines in the next season; it all depends on how Control's nanites really work. I suspect they act as a distributed storage for the software, each only containing a different part of the code and Control would only work up to specs if all the nanites are able to communicate with each other.

Probably the same genius who decided that "Safety Settings: OFF" would be the default setting for the holodeck so that every single memory error would revert the whole thing to full lethality. There's apparently no OSHA in the future.
Depends on where you live, tbh... I grew up in the former Eastern Bloc and for a few years after the Wall fell, the roads continued to be littered with old Trabants. Its gas tank had to be placed on top of the engine because it didn't have a fuel pump, so they had to resort to gravity instead... frontal collisions usually meant the whole car going up in flames. It also had a two-stroke engine, so it needed to use a fuel-oil mix. It produced huge, beautiful black billows of smoke, especially if it caught fire. There was a silver lining though... because the fuel tank was literally in front of the driver's legs, it didn't need a fuel gauge. They just cut a sight glass into the dashboard so that you could look into the tank directly. The bast part? The car's body was built of a cellulose-based organic polymer made of recycled cotton waste from clothing factories. That animals could digest. There are actual videos of pigs eating the car.
