Is that your only criteria for watching a show? You can't watch a show just because it's good or looks interesting, you'll only watch it if it "adds anything to the franchise"?I mean, does it actually add anything to the franchise?
Also, if the story is necessary. Is that your only criteria for watching a show? You can't watch a show just because it's good or looks interesting, you'll only watch it if it "adds anything to the franchise"?
I was just asking a general question because I'm uncertain. Obviously, I will determine if a show is "good" or not, regardless of recommendation. Take the show Lexx for instance, I'd put that forth as one of the most unique sci-fi fantasies ever, but somebody else will disagree. That's fine.Is that your only criteria for watching a show? I think so. Some of the characters can be a bit cutesy and irritating at first because ultimately it is a show that's more aimed towards kids, but they all have a well-done character arc they're undergoing and all of them progress and grow as time goes on to where they make an effective team by the end. And the ensemble cast does a great job with the voice acting.Looking forward to SNW, Picard S2 and S3 of Lower Decks. Still haven't watched Prodigy. Is it worth it? Yikes. They could have gone with the actors playing Book, Bryce, or Christopher, but yeah...
Please, run by my house on your way there so I can gat a pic. They mention the Galactic Barrier in pretty much every episode. If they don’t show it before the season ends I’m going to run around naked covered in chicken blood while drinking Jolt cola in front of Alex Kurtzman’s house.

Also, if the story is necessary.
With Discovery in the 32nd century, makes sense the Federation never got the spore drive in the 22nd century. Kinda neat idea actually.
You know what I meant...Of course they didn't get it in the 22nd century...it wasn't invented until a century later.
He spends more time with the other characters than he does with Stamets.Hugh is a boring character. He doesn't seem to have an identity of his own without Stamets.
Amazing how people can disagree on things... Hugh has always been a favorite of mine, and I think that in his new 'councelor'-role, he's become even more relevant and interesting to the story..! And Wilson Cruz is just an amazingly kind man, and it shows through the character he plays..!Hugh is a boring character. He doesn't seem to have an identity of his own without Stamets.
