Garratts Heartwrenching pley to get Kate and Jeri Back together

Do you know how many people I think are a knock out and have a knock out body?

Practically everyone.

God help me if I'm truly meant to be in love with them all.

Captain Janeway is a fictional character. Kate Mulgrew is an actress who portrays the fictional character of Captain Janeway.
Ohhhhhh! <smacks my forehead> That is who she is ...wait ...Kate plays a fictional character..Right?! , Captain Janeway is a fictional Character Right?! . So its all fictional ..right?:wtf:..OMG im confused again:wtf:

A person can admire the physical attributes of a person of the same or opposite gender without wanting to jump into bed with them.
Really?!?! Get outta here.. for real??.. Thats fictional ..right?!

That was three questions, not one.

Noot having a good day today am i .. First i could not distinguish between the characters and the actors and now i cannot count.. Oh Lord above!:wtf:

I remember an 80s movie where the lovable male lead was pretending that his dick was a Geiger counter needle that was leading him about a room towards the most beautiful woman in that room, while making faster and fast beeping noises as he got closer to where she was standing.

Cute or trecherous?

It sounds like Bill Murray, but it was probably a d-list wannabe Bill Murray.

I mean I am all for some Janeway/Seven slashfic, but Kate and Jeri are both straight.
Is their a Kate and Jeri Forum?
First, I will say that your insistence that these two actresses must conform to some idea about the characters they played a long time ago in an old TV series is... bizarre.

Since you consider stuff on-screen to be more real than prose, you might not be interested in fanfic, but what the hell:

Janeway/Seven fanfic stories

No, I didn't write any of them, and my Voyager fanfic preferences are for Chakotay/Seven. But if Janeway/Seven is your cup of tea, knock yourself out. There are many pages' worth of stories listed there.

However, I very much doubt that even one of them is Mulgrew/Ryan, since that would violate that website's rules, and as someone else here said, it's downright creepy.

Ou thanks for that Timewalker..:techman:.

It is the first iv heard of a C/7...I have heard about J/C.. So what do you think about Endgame C/7 romance? Did you think it was kinda rushed ? Kinda , cover the sex angle and be done with? Or did you think it was a longtime coming?

You're welcome.

I thought the C/7 romance in Endgame was too sudden. The only previous indication we had that Seven might be attracted to Chakotay was in the episode about her holodeck fantasies. The real romance makes no sense unless (in my opinion) Chakotay found out somehow that Seven was interested in him.

One of the fanfic authors I follow did a good story about that; Janeway had noticed Seven's increased use of the holodeck and ordered Chakotay to find out what she was up to (this author tends to write Janeway as a bit overbearing and bitchy). Chakotay has misgivings about being ordered to essentially spy on a fellow crewmember, but when he discovers that Seven is attracted to him, he starts feeling guilty and lies to Janeway that Seven is just doing research for some Astrometrics project. In the meantime he tries to figure out how he feels about Seven and if he should try a real relationship with her.

Of course we know how that turns out, but this fanfic author has written several different novel-length stories that explore various ways in which Chakotay and Seven might decide to explore a relationship. Some follow the TV series episodes, and others don't, or they do but with a twist. My favorite is the one in which Seven was actually freed from the Collective by Chakotay's people when the Cube she's on crashes on Dorvan V. Seven joins the Maquis at the same time as Chakotay and is with him on his ship during the events in "Caretaker."

Is it against their rules to write speculative romantic fiction about Jeri and Braga?
Yes. According to the Fanfiction Content Guidelines, #4 on the list of prohibited content is this:

Entries not allowed: said:
4. Stories with non-historical and non-fictional characters: actors, musicians, and etc.
So stories about Kate Mulgrew and Jeri Ryan would be in violation of site rules, and so would stories about any other RL people not classified as "historical."

In other words, writing a fanfic story that included someone like Henry VIII, Lucrezia Borgia, Sir John A. Macdonald (Canada's first Prime Minister), etc. would be okay because these people are long-dead and are well-known historical figures who could very easily turn up in a Doctor Who story or a movie or miniseries.

But modern-day, living people would probably at the very least demand the story be removed, if they don't immediately go for the option of suing the site owners. Therefore, it's more than reasonable for such stories to be forbidden.

I didnt see the C/7 coming at all - even in the earlier episodes. Again it is individuals interpretation .. For me their was no chemistry between the characters.

Ryan mentioned she spoke to the producers a few years back asking if they would put Seven with Chakotay and they declined. I find that hard to believe given that she had most of the backstage crew ( Braga) pandering to her wims whenever she needs more lines or airtime

I love reading fan fictions - It is nothing but harmless fun to me . Although i may have spoken about them and the actors - I only mean it in jest and certainly not swear by them . It is nothing but flirteous fun. Some people are a lot sensitive about it and wayy OTT( to the point of being obessively rude in conveying their dismay) but im just having a laugh. Im just a happy go lucky kinda person. What can i say?";)..

Everyone has curiousities and from time to time and i may be a kinda deep and can get a little carried away with the things i have said ( which i still hold the same views on ) but i dont mean to offend the actors themselves in anyway

I appreciate they have their own lives and do not want to be associated with each other in such a way , given they absolutely detest every fibre in each others being each other and for that i do apologise. :)

Braga and Jeri fanfiction?? wtf ewwww:eek:..who is their sick mind would wanna read that?

Just for reference (I've just looked this up), specifically "Jeri Ryan/ Kate Mulgrew" slash fan-fiction does exist. Personally, I find it a little weird, so I would never read a story about real people, in that context, but it is there.

I try not to be judgemental. If you're fine with that sort of thing, then go for it.

Just make yourself an account on "Archive of Our Own", select the "Celebirities & Real People" section, select "Star Trek RPF", search by category (F/F) and... there you go.

I cannot attest as to its quality, however, because I dare not read it.

Hiya Cromwell

Thanks a lot for the information .. The reason why i love reading them is all the stories i have read about J/7 Seven is always seems to be robotic. She is having to learn all areas of how to become fully human and that for me is so tiresome. Yes, i know she was half borg /Half human in the series but when it comes to tucking into a novel i dont want to be reminded this person has an almost a childlike mind. That! to me is creepy:wtf:.

Actor fictions whether it is K/J or other characters has a tendency to have range of colours to themselves when i read them. That to me is far more enjoyable. The authors tends to accentuate the beautiful qualities, the strengths in both actors and the skys the limit. The stories are not a seedy 3 minute thrill kinda stuff (well the ones i have read ), it is tastefully written and fun

Anyways someone mentioned a woman called LZClotho. She is particularly an exceptional writer . Her imagination has no bounds .Unfortunately, her stories have been removed:(.

Again thanks a lot ;)

Once those Borg implants fail, she'll start running around screaming "mommy.....where's my mommy!!"

I'm glad you found the real life actor perv fiction you were looking for (fill your boots)

I'm gonna stick with badly made porn

(This is not an insult.) When you meet board members in real life, is it hard to stop them calling you propita?

I met board members irl only once, in DC. I don't recall what they called me, but "propita" wouldn't've bothered me. I was visiting their area and some of them were already acquainted.

As for being called "propita" irl, it's pretty much only been my husband, and then usually only when he was mad at me.

For those unaware, "propita" is an acronym: professional pain in the ass. My husband stated I was a pain in the ass. After hearing this a number of times, I told him that I had gone to the
"[husband's name] How to be a Professional Pain in the Ass School." He said that I had graduated, with honors. I said that the degree allowed me to be CEO of "[our last name] Bitching & Complaining."

Writing out your name yesterday was the first time I read it right.

I'd thought that your name had been propecia all along.

I don't like you any less now that I suspect that you might have a full head of hair.

While I have lost some with age, being female, it's unlikely I'll go bald like husband. Except for my eyebrows. Thyroid issues usually result in losing a lot of eyebrow hair. I've lost almost half, the outer half is fairly sparse. Which means, with the inner half left relatively thick, it looks like I have upswept eyebrows like a Vulcan.

For some reason the only white hairs I have are in my eyebrows. No grays/whites on my head. I'm 51, so I'm lucky.
