Game Nights - Do you do it ?

Me n 2 friends over the last year have met up quite a lot for gaming nights that we have coined Wii60 nights though its more Wii than 360's lately so we coined another name Wiifare . Normally it consists of a full afternoon of gaming followed by a takeaway while we watch a movie then a little more gaming through the night before bed (sometimes slap on a 2nd film)...

Theres nothing better I find than your friends and a console to have a great day of fun. This weekend we are playing Mario Party 8 for the 1st time (sister is joining us "Serial Thread Killer") and probably will also play Guitar Hero, Mario Kart and I will show them the Batman demo on 360 and maybe even a bit of 1 vs. 100.

Anyone else have gaming nights with friends ? and if so how do you do it

Oh yeah!
4 of my friends and I love to tackle hoard mode on Gears of War 2.

We also get together for Left 4 Dead.

Tons of fun.

Every Monday we gather to play Exalted.

Not video games but board games. Spent the better part of two years playing Axis and Allies every weekend.

We would say "Set it up...." to begin playing.

Want to start a game night with the family units, but that is slow to happen....

I've been playing computer games with friends for years. We do it all the time.

I had a friend who every FRIDAY would have Halo nights on the X Box and then Halo 3 on the 360 with takeaway food of course . He gave me the idea to go from just random meet ups for a few hours over a year to these all afternoon and nighters .

After Mario Party 8 am wondering what game next for the Wii?

Moved so not many to hang with. Back in the day we used to get together on Fri or Sat, 6-9 of us and run Ea Sports basketball tournaments. We also used to do Halo-link (Xbox) game nights with beer and munchies-some nights we had 4 tvs and Xboxs with 12-16 players. Miss that-but the Pacific beckoned....
