Gal Gadot cast as Wonder Woman In ‘Batman Vs. Superman’

30 years ago, sure.

I was absolutely floored by Fran in This is Spinal Tap. :)

Hyppolyta is Immortal and youthful, and should perhaps appear to be the same age as, or younger than Diana.

If Diana is ageing naturally, and not thousands of years old we could have some weirdness going on.

Although if the island is stripped of magic and Hyppolyta ages excessively in moments, you do remember that Cloris Leechman played the part at one point?

Speaking of Hippolyta, I wonder if she''ll be raven haired or blonde in the WW movies. Pre-Crisis and New 52 Hippolyta are blondes. Post-Crisis Hippolyta had black hair.

Split the difference and make her ginger.

Do we assume that the Amazon's are ignorant of mans' world?

Maybe they have radio?

Maybe they have HBO?

I seem to recall they has some sort of mystical means to observe Man's World. In the Golden Age and Pre Crisis they were technologically advanced as well and not living in a Bronze Age level.

Google tells me that they jiggered their purple healing ray, into a purple death ray to fend off an O.M.A.C. invasion.

If/When they are bronze age, in the comics, it's strange how their make up always seems "modern".

What make up? Lipstick, eyeliner and eyeshadow? Were you out sick when your history class covered Ancient Egypt? Humans have been applying make up for millennia. I don't think an image on a comic book page is the best way to guess if she's born with it or if it's Maybelline.

Who played Cleopatra in Rome?

She was gorgeous!

(Lyndsey Marshal.)

Ray Stevenson was carrying her, with her legs wrapped around his bare ass, while he was running around the tent shagging her.

Vertical is hard enough, but vertical and mobile is very impressive!

God damn it DC. First you throw away Joss Whedon and now Michelle MacLaren. Stop screwing this up.

Curse you Marvel! You parted ways with Edgar Wright, Edward Norton, Jon Favreau and Patty Jenkins over creative differences. Stop screwing this up!

*sarcasm off*

From what people are saying on CBR; rumors allege that they were divided over when the film should be set (time period) and MacLaren wanting Diana to have a talking tiger sidekick.

We may have dodged a bullet.
