I find Worf's storyline in Liaisons to have some of his funniest moments ever. There's so many of them in that one. Usually, it's just a one-liner from him, but right from the opening teaser he's cracking me up.

I think one of the most unintentionally funny episodes I've seen in a long time is the TNG episode "First Contact". Maybe it was just the Youtube comments that got me.
- creepy fangirls: found in every corner of the galaxy.
- nice doctors and hospital staff they have on this planet: "OUR WEAK AND INJURED PATIENT IS ESCAPING! QUICK! BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF HIM!"

Good one! "Masks", it was. I personally thought that episode was pretty awful in the end, but Brent's acting skills were just epic. Oooh, what's another one. Who Watches The Watchers. LOL. "The Picard". Indeed, "The Picard" will NOT be pleased.
Is that the episode with Lwaxana Troi and she says to Deanna-:
"Deanna, I love you but you do make everything sound like an epitaph."

I love the scene where Quark is explaining accounting to the Klingons. The looks on their faces reminds me of some accounting classes that I took in college.
