Quark: This whole runabout is alive with annoying little noises.

Trek has never done "funny" very well to my satisfaction. It does "amusing" commendably though.

If I had to pick one I'd go with Worf's "Find him and kill him!" from Take Me Out To The Holosuite. But there's plenty others.

However, Trek does unintentionally hilarious brilliantly. The all-time winner for that one is from TMP:

I hate to do this, but since that youtube link basically has the whole episode up there, I have to remove it. Paramount wouldn't like it if we enabled people to watch Star Trek through illegal/unethical means.
