Funerals....a load of bollocks???

All I know is that I want to go like my grandfather, in his sleep.

And not screaming in terror like his passengers.

It's an international classic (I've heard it in two other languages) but still funny.:D

It kinda goes well with Riker's joke: "My grandfather was bitten by a snake, after two days of intense pain, the snake died."

All this reminds me of the time when I was doing genealogical research and discovered where my great-grandparents were interred. When I contacted the funeral home that manages the cemetary to ask about getting the exact location of the burial plots, they tried to sell me their funeral services to "plan for the future." Must everything be about closing a sale?

With terramation, easily (and non-gruesomely) doable. We'll just compost you and pour you on the rhododendron, or whatever Disneyland uses for landscaping.

But you wanted gruesome, right?
My wife works as a horticulturist at Disneyland. I've heard the tales about people scattering ashes about the park, especially The Haunted Mansion. Mostly ends up in a vacuum cleaner.

Funny the stories you hear... I heard they have a colony of feral cats there. The staff keep them around for rodent control.

In any case, I guess the obvious solution. Is to scatter the ashes where they don't vacuum (or sweep). That or go with terramation and get sprinkled on the foliage as dirt.

They do have a dowt of cats. My wife sees them on a regular basis. I've caught a couple myself, although usually from the tram between the parking garage and Downtown Disney.

Every morning my running circuit is strewn with alleycats. They used to flee whenever I approached, but now most of them don't even bother to move, the other day I almost stepped on one.

My brother suddenly died last month from his second Moderna shot, and left no will or instructions, so it was a basic cremation at our expense and it came to around $1,700.

I am sorry for your loss but you really think the vaccine killed him?
Sadly yes. No history of heart disease, hypertension, blood pressure of even bad cholesterol. People from both sides of our family die of a lot of things, but never had anyone die of a heart attack, especially at 65. Thirty days after the second shot, he was not answering his phone or texts, I had the police break in and they found him on his sofa. After this unexpected event I did a ton of research into the Moderna so-called vaccine and found there have been quite literally thousands of death attributed to the injection that "never seem to make the news", odd that.
If you want to look it up yourself I suggest using Duck Duck Go, not Google.

That's terrible.

My only suggestion would be to please take care with your information sources. There is a lot of misinformation out there.

You know, I have to go over to his hose this evening, should I take a photo of his "Star Trek Shrine" to post?

Sure, that would be fine, we have a photo thread here, and I'm sure the posters here would find it of interest.
