I can see it now, "Truly, you are a superior student!"

Now I'm thinking there -must- be studies where a teacher (arbitrarily or not) divided their class into "augments" versus "mundanes". I know there were some rather creepy artificially created racism scenarios.

If the original goal of these books was to build language skills, that there's a double-fail.

 

You're right. After posting, I realized I'd made a mistake. The correct form of the top sentence should have been "Ai hassa fatigued."

(According to my preferred dialect of lolspeak, "Ai has" means "I have." "Ai hassa" means "I am.")

 

It's hilarious. You can read it as gently mocking Star Trek, or totally taking the piss out of it.

 

I think I saw it at FYE a week or two ago, but I was task-focused at the time. I'll have to see if I can track it down.
