Fully Painted Comics

I'm interested in fully painted comics. I already know about The Lion Graphic Bible, Kingdom Come, Marvels, Marvel Mythos, and The Complete Dracula.

Can anyone recommend any others? Is there anywhere I can find a list of fully painted comics?

Alex Ross also painted a 12-issue series called "Justice" which may interest you. I haven't read it, so I don't know if it's any good, but you didn't mention it in your list there so I thought I'd throw it out there.

Ross's SHAZAM: The Power of Hope, Wonder Woman: The Spirit of Truth, Superman: Peace on Earth, Batman: War on Crime, JLA: Secret Origins, and JLA: Liberty and Justice (all written by Paul Dini) may also interest you. I particularly liked SHAZAM: The Power of Hope.

Are there any Star Trek, Star Wars or other media tie-in comics that are fully painted?

I can easily tell the difference between a fully painted comic and a regular pencil/ink comic, but I'm not sure how. Is there any distinguishing feature that defines fully painted comics?

Yeah, you're pretty safe with anything that has Alex Ross' name on it (at least in terms of artwork). I've seen Ross' work included in fine-art collections.

The recent Justice League: Cry for Justice miniseries has some great Ross-like artwork, too. I think it's almost finished, so they'll probably have the graphic novel out in a few months.
