News Fugitive Doctor and current Master coming to Big Finish.

That sounds fun but they never seem to cross paths unless its plot driven.

The galaxy is a large enough place. It'd oddly make more sense for NuWho incarnations to be tripping over themselves nonstop! :guffaw:

On the plus side, The Three Doctors and The Five Doctors were due to external influences ripping them out of time, and The Two Doctors has Six doing a mindlink thing to track down his former self - which is narratively bizarre as a future incarnation saving a past one creates the sort of temporal-driven paradox that's technically impossible, unless you have foreshadowing and enough time to nip into the future, set up a resolution, then nip back in time to where you'd left off and pretend you're getting so surprised you can't fake it, unlike your spouse on the your night. Which is why I just roll with the Classic stories and see what else in the story makes up for the gimmick.

I've assumed the TARDIS or some other force was purposefully keeping the different Doctors away from each other, unless there was a major crisis that needed multiple Doctors to resolve it.

James Goss' Time Lord Victorious short story from the TARDIS's perspective is along those lines; the TARDIS is like, "Yup, I'm gonna need three Doctors for this."
