I think Peter's right about one thing... These Observers are indeed the key to understanding all of this.

Nice continuity touch, with Broyle's arm still being in a sling. I'm glad they didn't merely gloss over that.

Okay, I voted Excellent, despite the fact that I wanted just a bit more from the ep than we got. Overall, this is what Fringe should be like 90% of the time. It got the arc back on track, though in some ways, I feel it raised more questions than it answered.

Still, good stuff and I really enjoyed seeing Woodward as O2. It's a shame that he had to die.

Though, if these guys are from OUR universe, then it stands to reason that another version of him also exists.

The next episode looks awsome.

That it does, and it also looks like it's going to raise the creepiness level another bar. I'm certainly glad FOX made the decision not to air that one on Thanksgiving!

Have a good one. See you in two weeks.

Peter Woodward playing a creepy bald guy...wow.

Actually, it was a good episode.

Next week, is that a fluke, man?

MORE X-FILES RIP-OFFS COMING.

(Maybe I'm exagerrating...we'll see.)

Excellent. I found the scene in the car between the two Observers to be heartbreaking which was not at all what I expected. Hell, the whole episode wasn't what I expected.

I like to think the Donald character was a reference to me.

Walter took advantage of his quirks to get one over on Asterix. naughty

I enjoyed that episode even though it's not my normal kind of thing, Peter Woodward did a great job.

Well gotta go, I have a strange desire to go drive a Ford Taurus right now.

I'm going to guess that instead of the sonic gun being out of ammo, but rather only Peter can fire that gun because he's from over there.

And who is this fat guy with the gun? What's his connection to the Four?

I'm pretty sure he was a hypnotized sleeper agent for the Observers. When he opened his Observer™ cellphone, there were the three green and one red lights from the first season.

It's still don't like how they don't have a central office any more and Massive Dynamic seems to be reduced to Nina and Scientist of the Week.

I really miss the office and Charlie and all that good stuff, but they wanted to "move away from that" so whatever. I still think the show would be more interesting if they set Walter up a lab in Massive Dynamic and move Astrid out into the field.

Fantastic episode. Perhaps the best of the series thus far. It was a story about (and fueled by) pure emotion. The execution was very, very good. And the immersion into another element of the overall arc was fantastic.

So yeah, this one gets an "excellent" from me.
